Your service is awful. I have been messed around by your call centre 0 for 65 minutes just holding on for a supervisor. Eventually Tracy came back to me and said they were all busy. I asked for Traceys location and she said that she was based in Fiji. I then was holding on for Swiss Air, Zurich. The phone answered after 15 minutes. After explaining my problem that took five minutes the phone disconnected. Your online server has been down for over two weeks. Unless my problem is sorted quickly I will advertise my problems and never fly Swiss again.
Swiss Air, My son (Connor) recently booked two x London to Zurich return flights on reference EXH6KH. Each return flight cost £156. 84 and two amounts of £156. 84 are showing as being paid from his bank statement. However, in addition to this his bank have informed him that Swiss Air have another payment pending for the amount of £313. 68. Although this amount is not showing on his bank statement, HSBC have said that they cannot stop this transaction and it can only be stopped from the Swiss Air side of the transaction. So in effect he has paid double until Swiss Air reverses the transaction for £313. 68 as he cannot now access the balance that should be in his bank account. We have now spent over three hours on the phone to various Swiss Air customer service numbers since last Friday and nobody can help. Hello, my name is Buzz Hamer I will be flying Swiss airways from heathrow to Hong Kong via Zurich. I have an emergency passport issued to me for my original passport was stolen from me and I was advised to email you and inform you of this and ask if there is anything else I can do.
