Booking Ref: TT281096 Sabina Harding and Miranda Martin - Ibiza to stansted today 13. 10. 15 - flight EZY 3044. We got to the airport and we were told that we had to pay 80 euros and send our hand luggages through the hole and cannot take these into the plane. These were the same two hand luggages we took from London to Ibiza and we did not to pay. According to our paperwork, we had 2x free hand luggages which were included in our holiday package. Please could you find out why we had to pay 80 euros and why they would not accept our two hand luggages instead sent it through the hole. You could see these people were so desperate for me. Both me and my sisiter have got high blood pressure and this behaviour from Easy Jet made us ill. We would appreciate a refund of 80 euros as soon as possible. Please can you forward an address where we can send you the receipts for a refund? Other people had bigger hand luggages and took them into the plane.

We where told if we wanted to add a 4th person that as long as it was in the next few days that person could be added at the same price and the booking amended from a family room to two twin rooms. I have spent the whole day on the telephone and been told there are no rooms. But I have proven that rooms are available and your customer service team have passed me around from one to another leaving me on hold. We have spoken to many different people today and after several hours on the phone the situation has not been resolved as we where originally promised, I feel very disappointed that your sales team have given wrong information and that we have been passed about without any one person dealing with this issue. Please can someone help resolve this Thank you.

Hello. Writing to you to complain about transfer. We with my friend wasn't picked from Marysofiresort on 15.07.2014. I was called 30 hours before our transfer time, like they asked me in a document to confirm my transfer to Heraklion Airport (by number 040). Transfer should be there at 18:05 next to the hotel. At 18:25 i did emergency call (at 046). Operator said that gonna call to driver to find out what happened and gonna give me call back. At 18:45 i call them back,but telephone was out of connection. At 18:45 i called a taxi and payed 45€. Can i have my money back for taxi and transfer which wasn't been done? Thank you.
