YOUR EMPLOYEE SAID YES YES AND TOLD MY HUSBAND TO PUT CASES ON AND FOR US TO GET ON THE BUS. IT WAS NOT THE CORRECT BUS, WE REALIZED AS WE DID NOT RECOGNISE THE MOTORWAY THE BUS WENT ON. WE COMPLAINED TO DRIVER AND HE TOKK US TO ANOTHER MEMBER OF STAFF AT FLUMICINO. SHE JUST SAID YOU HAD BETTER TAKE TAXI, AS OTHERWISE WE WOULD MISS OUR FLIGHT. AS YOU WILL KNOW A TAXI COSTS 50 EURO'S, WE WOULD LIKE THIS RE FUNDED TO US AS IT WAS NOT OUR FAULT. IT WAS YOUR COMPANY AT FAULT. WE SHOULD HAVE KNOWN NOT TO TRUST YEN THOUGH WE HAD BEEN HALF AN HOUR EARLY FOR ITOU AS WHEN WE ARRIVED ON THE MONDAY, YOUR BUS NEVER TURNED UP EVEN THOUGH WE HAD ARRIVED 30 MINUTES EARLIER FOR IT.
My name is Tamara Petrovic. Like some other people I've bought my ticket to Stansted airport for 05. 05. 2016. At 2. 40am not knowing that that coach will never come. Not to mention I almost lost my flight because I was waiting over an hour hoping like the rest of the people on the stop that the bus was just deleted for some reason, but will come. Luckily, I booked my ticket with national express last minute and glad I done it. There was no sigh or post saying that Terravision doesn't go to Stansted airport any more. Shame on you. It's so irresponsible and I could have lost my flight. I want my full refund for the ticket cause you should not sell those tickets in first place. No warning, no notihing. Like everything is normal. I have been attempting to purchase my airport transfers from London Victoria to Stansted to depart at 3:30am tomorrow morning and for the last several hours the website has not been functioning. It will not permit me to login with the password that I remembered, and when clicking on "forgot my password" I got an onscreen message saying that I will receive a link via email. That was approximately three hours ago and still no email received. When re-requesting that link, I receive an onscreen message saying that the request had already been made within 24 hours. I bought a ticket for Stanted-london, for the 14 fébruary at 18h30, but there is no bus at the airport. I went in a agence Terravision, but they do not want to do anything. I paid 12 pounds for two.
On Friday - 15. 01. 2016. I had a booked bus ticket for 4. 50am and the bus left 12 min late. Once we left i asked the bus driver "would we be at the right time 6. 08am /as the schedule supplied/ at Stansted airport?"He answered that the bus would stop on a different point and than by shuttle bus we would be transferred to the airport. Obviously we were already too late, so i got a taxi from Liverpool stations where the bus stopped to collect more passengers and i was exactly at 6. 08am - the original time of the buss arriving. I want to have my refund for the bus ticket - £6 and taxi charge-£53. 15

The bus from Pisa to Florence airport was canceled with vary short notice. I had to find other ways for my journey. I asked immediately for refund. Refund order 2812988 still pending since 2nd May I was asked on 23rd June to send additional documentation. Done. No news since then. No answer to several mails Customer care phone in Rome is a fake number. Very very disappointed. I think the issue should be made as public as possible. I will do my best to disseminate. We booked the 7. 30pm coach from Stansted to Victoria on 5th October, but unfortunately we missed this one and waited for another which eventually turned up at 8. 15pm, but it was a replacement coach and driver. We had traveled about an hour when the driver tried to phone head office with no reply he kept trying when a lady came up to him saying he was way off course by some 40 minutes and she tried to direct him meanwhile head office decided to reply to his call; He asked if they were tracking him and if so why hadnt they responded to the obvious predicament;Eventually we got to Victoria, but too late for our next connexion so ended up staying at a hotel, the driver obviously did not know the way and said he is not allowed to use GPS so where was the guy at headquarters to keep us on track?.

Please see below the email I received from Terra vision in Pisa. I was on my holidays I had not see this email so I was waiting at the bus stop the following morning. I had to take another bus which cost me 15 euros as I was afraid I would miss my flight in Pisa. This Kind of customer service is completely unacceptable. Traveling is stressful at the best of times and I could have done with out this cancellation. It is very inconsiderate to your customers. I am very disappointed with Tera vision. I have traveled with this company before in London. I was always very happy with the service. I am surprised by this lack of professionalism.
