I have called customer services two times regarding a Voucher I got for my son
birthday in March 2016 and he had his wallet stolen, They cancelled the voucher
and were going to send me another one via email or post and have not received nothing £100. 00 that what the amount was for it a lot of money and it was not my son fault his wallet got stolen Can you please get back to me regarding this

Your cutomer service and delivery schedule to store is absolutely ridiculous i have never known a large retailer to take pver four days to send to a store for click and collect.

Hi, I have received my order usc93. I need to return a couple of items which I am happy to pay the return postage on. However a pair of boots I want to keep have a security tag on them. Can I take them to sports direct to have it removed? Thanks Jude Wright.
USC have obviously no intention of dealing with Customer queries. There is no advertised telephone number and when you do find one their customer services system is down. Surprised? number Their system is one in which as long as the customer pays what's due they will have no regard for further discussion, returns etc are left on a wing and a prayer. Lousy service.

I had a similar experience, but what concerns me is the poor customer services or should i say no existence. It is appalling, the way they handle dispute which is not the customer's fault. Had i new or had i read your experience i would never have enter into business with them. I can assure you, this is the last time! customer services at usc, suck!!.
I spoke to a receptionist today regarding an order that I place that was incorrect, she was rude, hostile and aggressive. This is unacceptable, for customers to have to experience. Furthermore, the customer Service does not take calls. How do you expect to resolved customer queries when you have no one working in customer service to response to the customer. This is a disgrace You cannot take customers money and behave this way, when you not delivered the goods as per request. It is appalling and one which does not give confidence inn doing business with you. This has got to be flagged up and investigated.
I bought a pair of Converse Combat Leather Boots for men the size was incorrect, I returned it, sent and email five days ago, I am yet receive a reply. Have I read the list of complaint that I have seen posted on the various websites I would never have made that purchase. I will never again purchase anything from USC. The services suckI will try and get a replacement otherwise I will inform my credit card company and have my money back if they fail to replace it.
After a lengthy delay waiting for my new boots to arrive at your Dundee store I eventually got them on Tuesday 20th January (Ordered on the 5th January) that was 11 working day's I had to wait, I paid for delivery that was estimated 5-7 day's so the period to wait for them was very disappointing, When my wife collected the boots on Tuesday pm and brought them home I opened the box only to find two different boots inside I could not believe this, I telephoned the Dundee shop to let them know and was told to bring them back and they would exchange them which my wife once again made the journey only to be told they are unable to do this at the shop and they would have to be sent back to the warehouse. I find this whole experience very disappointing from such a reputable company and I now have to go through the hassle of sending these boots back and waiting for a replacement. Very disappointed customer.
