All of my photographs are missing from your web site with the exception of one, which is a Christmas Tree. I have being doing business with you for years and these have been missing for about a year now. I have waited a long time for them to be found and place on the site again. I trusted you with a lot of my photographs and you have failed me. I cannot do business with a Company I cannot trust. Let me know what you intend to do about it. I am not sure that I want to work that hard at spending my money with your company. At this time I have been on hold for one hour and seven minutes and have moved from four to three in this time. OMG are you kidding me While I have time-the site says "storage limit reached". Doesn't exactly match the unlimited storage. I am at one hour and 49 minutes and moved to 2nd on the list. I thought the person who put six hours was kidding. Apparently not. Clearly, you have made an error calling this customer service. Two hours and two minutes that I will never get back of my life. Possible customers-read this and weep. I have never had this issue with Shutterfly.
