I purchased Zodiac shirt from Zodiac store Crown Interiorz Mall Faridabad. It's a white cuddling shirt Model Antonella three size 39. Before that I would like to give you a brief. I have been wearing Zodiac shirts for the last fifteen years and never faced this problem. It came to me as a shock and surprise of the quality. I just worn this shirt once for few hours and as it is an expensive shirt I gave it for dry cleaning. The collar of the shirt has got damaged. The fusing of the collar or the pasting of the collar has come off. I would request you to kindly look into it and please offer me a replacement. I would appreciate an early response from your end. I have deposited my shirt at Zodiac store Crown Interorz Mall. The copy of the customer return form is attached.

I have purchased a shirt from your Patiala Showroom for Rs. 2199/- The said shirt become defective only after one wash and I approached your showroom at Patiala and salesman posted there, received the said shirt against complaint reciept number 2649 in the month of April 2016 and assured me that your claim of replacement of the said shirt will be settled by the customer care division within four weeks time, but nothing has been heard from your side till today. My husband wears your brand shirts apart from other brands, Zodiac shirts are his favorite, however Recently, we noticed that in one plain blue color shirt shirt, the color started running and each time it is washed the color still runs.
